Residential Schools

In partnership with Goats and Hopes, a UK-based partner, our residential schools address the needs of young children from the most inaccessible, remote villages. These children have no hope of formal education in government schools, as the the schools are simply impossible to reach on a daily basis. We select a few children from many small villages, in the hope that those who gain an education in our residential schools will return to their villages and educate others. The schools provide primary education and then mainstream the children into nearby government-run schools. The children in our outreach education program who had never even dreamed of getting an education are now becoming real achievers. Particularly gifted children are sponsored into higher education and, in the future, will be supported and mentored through college.
